Through our years of experience, we have compiled some common questions that we hope will be more convenient for your needs. 

How much dose shipping cost?

Shipping fee completely depends on the destination.

When will I receive my item?

The Arriving Time = Processing Time + Shipping time

Preparing and shipping time completely depends on the destination.

After the payment is received, Order process time needs 3-5 Business Days.

Email will be sent to you if any update of your order and require your timely reply.

So pls make sure the email address you provide when placing the order is effective. 

Shipping time will depend on the destination country and the shipping method you choose.

How do I track my order?

As soon as we are ready to ship your order, we will send you an email with the corresponding delivery information. After that you will be able to track your order under “My Orders” when you log in to your HOTSALESWEAR account or by clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate.

Do you ship worldwide?

We ship worldwide.✈ 

International Customers will have their items shipped via Expedited Shipping taking approximately 7 - 20 business days depending on your location. Online tracking is also included.

Please note we are not responsible for any duties and taxes levied on products entering your country. Make sure you check with your local government authority prior to purchase.

Once you reach checkout and enter your delivery address, the page will refresh and available shipping options will appear.

Once you click your preferred option, you'll also see an estimated delivery date.

 

Where are orders shipped from?

We ship the package from China.

I entered the wrong address, can I change it?

Yes, if you place an order and find that you choose the wrong address, pls contact our customer service: support@hotsaleswear.com to edit it.

What do I do if I am missing an item?

All parcels are checked meticulously before being dispatched, so we are truly sorry if we have made a mistake with yours. Pls contact us via support@hotsaleswear.com, we will send the new item to you.

What do I do if I forgot to apply discount to an order?

If you are eligible for the discount and forgot to enter the code, pls contact us with our email address.

Please explain in your first message that you haven't added your student discount to your order and you will be asked the following:

• Your order details: full name, email address and order number

• Your shipping address

• A screenshot of the code you forgot to apply at checkout or you can copy and paste this into the chat

Our customer service team will then be able to apply the discount manually in the form of a refund back to the original payment method used to place your order (provided that the items are eligible for discount).

 

How do I cancel my order?

We are only able to cancel orders within the first 2 hours after the order is placed. After that the order has most likely been processed and is preparing for shipment or has been shipped. Once this takes effect, it's out of our hands. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we pride ourselves on prompt service and this includes getting your orders out as fast as possible.

Which size should I purchase?

Our size guide can be found on our every product page.

If you are unsure what size you need, the best thing to do is grab a similar item, preferably in the same brand and check the item to estimate your size. We have included size conversion charts on each product page to give you a guide as to what size you may need in different metrics.

Is the correct size chart the image included in the product images?

Yes, we offer correct size chart for every product.

What is your returns policy?

We have 30 Days Returns Warranty.

Customers can contact us within 30 days of receiving the item. If you have received a defective or damaged item, the wrong size or the wrong product, please contact us immediately at our Support Center: support@hotsaleswear.com

If I need to return an item, does it need to be in its original condition and packaging?

Any item returned back to us must be sent back in THE SAME condition as received, unworn with all original tags and packaging such as shoebox. To us, the shoebox is just as important as the shoes themselves, as the item returned must be fit for sale again. We also recommend that you use registered post to send the item(s) back to us as we don’t take responsibility for items lost in transit.

Do you offer free returns?

We don't offer free returns!

Consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee of return.

When will my refund be processed?

Refunds are processed back to your original method of payment within 3-5 working days of us receiving the item(s) back at our warehouse.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all types of credit cards, amazon payments and PayPal.

Stripe is the most secure and trusted payment method offering customers the reassurance of safe shopping.
